Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a driven individual to join us as a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee at Aldi. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training on all aspects of store management to prepare you for your own store. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, leading the team, managing schedules, and ensuring overall store performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to provide excellent customer service.

• Handle customer concerns and ensure resolutions.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and performance expectations.
• Monitor store merchandising and maintain product quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
