We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training on all aspects of efficiently managing a store, preparing you for future leadership roles within the organization. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, creating operational plans, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Understand and communicate company strategy and values to promote teamwork.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain store signage and ensure product quality and freshness.
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring process.
• Manage schedules, job expectations, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee inventory management and merchandise presentation.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in interpreting and applying company policies.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of progressive retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
