Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for the responsibilities of managing a store effectively. Your role will involve supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational plans while nurturing and coaching the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus, location-dependent)

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Ability to interpret company policies
• Experience in budget management
• Proficient with cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma, 3+ years retail experience, management experience preferred
