Full-Time Store Manager Trainee

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to join Aldi as a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee. In this role, you will train on all aspects of store operations, preparing you to lead and manage your own store successfully. You will supervise daily store activities, ensure top-notch customer service, manage staffing needs, develop operational plans, and mentor your team to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team performance to deliver excellent customer service.
• Implement company strategies and core values to foster teamwork.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure store signage and product quality.
• Participate in hiring, scheduling, and training of store personnel.
• Manage store payroll, budgets, and inventory levels.

Requirements

• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of retail experience, preferably in a management role.
• Ability to lead a team, provide exceptional customer service, and follow company policies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in operation of store equipment and cash register.
