We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training on all aspects of store management to prepare you for leading your own store successfully. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing staff schedules, and implementing operational plans while fostering team development.
