Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training to learn all aspects of effectively managing a store, preparing you for leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Implement company strategies and core values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and operational plans while mentoring and developing the team.
• Oversee store merchandising, product ordering, and inventory control.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience, with at least 3 years in a progressive role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals.
• Proficient in interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
