Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Full-Time Store Manager Trainee at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to manage store operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising team activities, ensuring top-notch customer service, managing schedules, conducting store meetings, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.

• Supervise daily store operations and team performance to deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred, with management experience as a plus.
• Ability to operate store equipment and handle physical demands.
