We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Manager Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare for managing store operations effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, staffing management, scheduling, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to provide top-notch customer service.
• Implement company strategy and values to foster teamwork among employees.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure resolution.
• Maintain store appearance, product quality, and proper signage.
• Participate in hiring and training store personnel.
• Manage schedules to optimize staffing levels.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in interpreting and applying company policies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior retail experience preferred, with management experience beneficial.
