Full-Time Store Associate (New Store)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi's new store. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with shopping
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Participate in inventory management and store cleanliness
• Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
