Full-Time Store Associate (New Store)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at the new ALDI store. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts, Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Comply with company policies and procedures while ensuring store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
