Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Work collaboratively with team members and provide feedback to management on product inventory.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Experience in retail environment and familiarity with retail equipment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
