Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties, operate equipment, and ensure adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service, operate a cash register, and handle equipment.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with prior retail experience as a bonus.
