Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store, and collaborating with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness in the store by stocking shelves, cleaning, and organizing merchandise displays.
• Provide feedback to management on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
