Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of our store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and adherence to company standards.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts as per guidelines and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Follow cash handling procedures and comply with company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of understanding and applying company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
