Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store maintains its excellent standard of service and cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with shopping and provide exceptional customer service
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Stock shelves, maintain cleanliness, and report feedback to management
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
