Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure exceptional customer service.

Role Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support
• Communicate effectively with the team and management
• Assist in inventory management and cash handling procedures
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operations
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
