Job Description

Join our team as a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, where you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and teamwork.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Stock shelves and maintain displays
• Process purchases and assist with cleaning tasks
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment
• Excellent communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
