Job Description

As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with the Aldi team to create a positive shopping experience for customers.

Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves.
• Communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting job-specific physical demands.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
