Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills as outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Share feedback with management on products, inventory, and any issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and comply with cash policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Physical Demands

- Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and perform cleaning duties according to company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and following company policies.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and teamwork.
• High School Diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
