Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
