Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
