Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for customers by merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. This position offers an opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays accurately and neatly.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a retail environment preferred.
