Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store looks its best and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain a clean store, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide top-notch customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and assist with inventory counts
• Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
• Adhere to company policies, maintain security and confidentiality, and perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Able to operate store equipment safely and efficiently
• Capable of meeting cleanliness standards and following policies
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team
• High school diploma preferred, retail experience is a plus
