Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store operates smoothly and delivers exceptional customer service. You will merchandise products, cashier, maintain cleanliness, and work collaboratively with the team.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and the store management
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Capability to perform cleaning and stocking duties
• Good communication skills and team player
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience a plus
