Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
• Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
