Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Type: Full-Time
• Weekly Hours: 32-40 hours
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.
