Job Description

As a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Collaborating with the team, you will work towards enhancing the customer shopping experience and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• High school diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
