Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies while ensuring document security

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
