Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. Collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide superior customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies
• Perform general cleaning duties and operate equipment

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
