Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for a secure working environment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Keen attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous retail experience is a plus
