Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with a dynamic team? ALDI is looking for dedicated Full-Time Store Associates to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and support team members
• Communicate effectively with store management
• Assist in conducting inventory counts and monitoring accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Capability to follow company policies and procedures
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus
