Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate at Aldi to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You will collaborate with the Aldi team, ensuring efficient operations and outstanding customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
• Comply with company policies while ensuring document security.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt, courteous customer service.
• Operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Perform general cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Stay organized, follow instructions, and multitask efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail work experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
