Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills while performing duties.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Report product feedback, monitor inventory accuracy, and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred, with retail experience considered a plus.
