Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrive in a team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement the M.A.P. Mindsets and ALDI Acts Competencies in daily tasks.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain the overall store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and follow company policies and procedures.
• Capability to handle physical demands such as lifting and stocking up to 45 pounds.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous work experience in retail is a plus.
