Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers with their shopping experience, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their needs.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Operate cash registers, adhere to cash policies, and minimize losses.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding data security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience a plus.
