Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. You'll collaborate with the ALDI team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient store operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and cash handling skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.
