Job Description

Join ALDI as a Full-Time Store Associate! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean store environment. By collaborating with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our valued customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support a positive shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation
• Ability to operate store equipment and maintain cleanliness standards
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
