Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean shopping environment. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandising displays, and keep the store tidy.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding inventory, cash handling, and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
