Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring efficient product stocking. You will collaborate with team members and assist in various store operations to create a positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management
• Give feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and uphold confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient and accurate cash register operation skills
• Safe and proper equipment operation capabilities
• General cleaning proficiency
• Good communication skills
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
