Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure an excellent customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Offer feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and uphold document security
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Interpret and apply company policies effectively
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• High School Diploma preferred
• Retail experience beneficial
