Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, merchandising, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses
• Follow company policies, uphold security and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment
• Knowledge of retail cleaning standards and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
• Compliance with state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
