Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) required for the role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, uphold cash policies, and adhere to company procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to provide courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and necessary store equipment.
• Follow company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
• Stay organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior retail work experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
