Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Role Overview

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain clean store displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Monitor inventory and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
