Job Description: Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Join ALDI as a Store Associate and be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a pleasant shopping environment. As a Store Associate, you will merchandise products, operate the cash register, and ensure the store is clean and organized.

Job Type

• Full-Time position
• 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback to management on product quality and inventory
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform stocking tasks
• Required to stand, bend, reach, and carry out cleaning duties

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Efficient cash register operation
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Adherence to company policies and procedures

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior work experience in retail is a plus
