Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies, perform general cleaning duties, and uphold company procedures.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely handle equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
