Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store by handling merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Your dedication to exceptional customer service and collaboration with the ALDI team will be instrumental in providing a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, keep shelves organized, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Follow cash handling policies to prevent losses.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain document security, and ensure confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks as per company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
