Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures, and comply with company policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain store cleanliness

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
