Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and provide exceptional customer service
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Follow cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in cash register operation and equipment handling
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
