Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join ALDI, where you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the team, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the store's success.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Work collaboratively with the team to stock shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
