Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Store Associate (Entry Level) to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
